Our Story
We wanted to bring Texas style smoking to a classicly English pub menu. Our wood fire smoker brings delicious smokey flavour and allows the meat to be cooked low and slow for hours to get the softness and melt in the mouth texture.

Our beautiful garden is the perfect spot for a summer BBQ, so when the weather is fine our chefs move outside and cook everything in our garden kitchen. This gives us a chance to finish off our meals on an open coal fire BBQ.
Events and Specials
With a 250L Capacity, the smoker is great for Huge Chunks of meat that are perfect for sharing, if you are a big group please enquire about our incredible feasting menus, and look out for our events where we do specials and whole suckling pig smokes.
